Life is overwhelming and it's easy to feel lost. We aren't meant to go it alone.

We won’t just talk about your problems on repeat. I have advanced clinical training in a variety of evidence-based therapies (Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you discover a new way forward.
Common concerns that people come to work with me on include:
-
Mental health concerns
-
Neurodiversity
-
Reproductive health
-
Grief and loss

Before transitioning to private practice in 2020, I worked as a Clinical Social Worker at BC Women's & Children's Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital, and St. Paul's Hospital in the clinical areas of mental health, addictions, women's health, oncology, and palliative care.
