I work with people who want more from their lives and relationships.  You don’t have to know how to get there, you just have to be willing to show up join me in the conversation.

We won’t just talk about your problems on repeat.  My clinical training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) has equipped me with the tools necessary to help you create lasting changes.

Common concerns that people come to work with me on include:

I have over a decade of clinical experience working at BC Women's & Children's Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital, and St. Paul's Hospital in addictions, mental health, women's health, oncology, and palliative care.

I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and a Collaborative Divorce Coach and Child Specialist with Collaborative Divorce Vancouver
